Presbyopia Correcting IOL

Before Presbyopia Correcting Intraocular Lenses (IOL) were developed, people had to wear very thick eyeglasses or special contact lenses to be able to see after cataract surgery. Now, with cataract lens replacement, several types of IOL implants are available to help people enjoy improved vision. Discuss these options with your eye surgeon to determine the IOL that best suits your vision needs and lifestyle.

PanOptix®

PanOptix® is a trifocal lens that can greatly reduce the need to wear glasses. This lens provides an outstanding mixture of distance, intermediate and near vision and is also available in a Toric lens that can help correct pre-existing astigmatism.

Odyssey®

Odyssey® is a trifocal lens that can provide continuous focus in far distance, indoor distances, arm’s length, and reading distance, while prioritizing clear distance vision. This lens also has a Toric option that can correct pre-existing astigmatism.
