You will be seen the day after your procedure and will have several post-operative appointments throughout the year following your procedure.

You will need:
  • to use an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory eye drops for 4 days following your procedure
  • to use an artificial tear eye drop for several months following your procedure
  • to wear clear shields to bed for 3 nights following your procedure
It is normal to experience:
  • dry eye for several months following your procedure
  • fluctuation of vision for several months following your procedure
  • starbursting and halos of lights and decreased night vision for several months following your procedure
These side effects could be temporary. This is only the most common side effects. Your surgeon will discuss the detailed list of side effects with you during your preoperative and consultation visits.
